The largest cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea, Bithumb has stopped its assets deposit and withdrawal services after hackers stole 35 billion won ($31 Million) from the platform.
The company has announced that the hack happened between late Tuesday night to early Wednesday morning (Korean Time) and the loss will be covered by the platform.
The company also mentions that the other assets have been moved to an offline cold wallet which cannot be accessed through the internet.

This is the second time in less than two weeks that the hack has happened in South Korea.
The company has apologized for the for the inconvenience and assured to announce the updates in due course.
