Stratis Announces A New Member Of The SDA Program, And More

NFT marketplace and demand is growing and so are the new projects. Stratis Platform, a blockchain for C# and .NET has launched its support to NFTs and has already funded several companies that are building NFT-based games and Defi Projects.

Recently, Stratis shared some exciting developments in its Stratis Monthly blog including a new member of the Stratis Decentralized Accelerator (SDA) program. SDA is an authority run by masternodes that fund projects built on Stratis Blockchain.

The newest member of SDA funded projects is CoinVault, a crypto browser wallet for Stratis and its SRC-20 tokens. Other previous funded projects include Opdex, Red Ego Games, Kiqqi-Games, File Protected, Hash Battle etc.

CoinVault, which is a Non-Custodial HD wallet for Stratis and Cirrus (CRS) keeps the identities of users and keys safe while allowing them to communicate securely and authenticate with web apps (Web3 provider). This latest crypto wallet makes it simple & safe for users to interact with the Stratis blockchain with similar functionality to Metamask (Ethereum), like interactions with web pages for message signing, login and more.

Opdex protocols, the first decentralized exchange protocols in the Stratis ecosystem, allow for trustless token swaps, liquidity providing, mining and staking in a non-custodial and gas efficient manner.

InterFlux Hub is growing at good pace, said Stratis, with more Masternodes signing up, more STRAX being burnt via the on-chain registration protocol, and more STRAX locked up for Masternode operation.

As part of the Stratis SDA program, FileProtected is exploring how it can integrate Stratis blockchain with its existing features and work with other firms in the Stratis ecosystem. FileProtected is in talks to leverage the Stratis Identity solution and Smart Contracts. FileProtected offers an instant and automatic content registration service utilizing blockchain, timestamps and digital fingerprints. The firm makes copyright ownership provenance and authenticity indisputable.

Stratis also shared that Hash Battle which is the latest project from Delhi-based Kingster636 Games will utilize the accelerator funding to have mature blockchain capabilities ahead of the proposed January 2022 launch. The game sees players pick from thousands of games to contest against one another to win blockchain-based prizes, including Strax tokens and NFT avatars and trophies.

The company also announced that its sessions on smart contracts and the Stratis Unity SDK are now available online. The company also joined the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain (APPG Blockchain) recently. As one of the UK’s most prominent blockchain projects, Stratis will contribute its knowledge and experience from serving enterprise and open-source blockchain use cases.

Stratis also shared that London-based Red Ego Games has been making strides, since its addition to the accelerator program last month, in the development of its latest title, Dawn of Ships. Red Ego sees players captain a pirate ship, battle enemies and rack up loot to progress and become more powerful.

Stratis has seen another month of growth in Masternode Operators. Over $400,000 worth of CRS Tokens have been burned through the registration fee till now. The number of Masternodes is now 224, locking up over 22M STRAX, equivalent to over $50M in STRAX.
