Bitmain, recently known for being the top mining hub for Bitcoin minors that now owns 51% of Bitcoin mining has become a centralized mining controllers for crypto. The Beijing headquartered company has its mining and data centers in Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Zug.
Today, company announced that it is opening a data center in the city of Rockdale, Texas that is expected to be operational in 2019 and will add 400 new jobs to the economy. Bitmain expect to invest more than US $500 million over an initial period of seven years into the local, county, and statewide economies.
